At RAM, we are more than just a gym, we are a family, a community, a group of like-minded individuals. We provide you with more than just access. We provide coaching. A coach is a person who will tell you what you need to do whether you want to hear it or not. A coach will guide you outside your comfort zone and a coach will keep you accountable!
Through the last four months we have had a chance to develop the health and fitness journey for you the member. There has not been a better time to be part of a small studio then now. You don’t have to worry about being in a gym that hundreds of people are going through daily. We now have a limited capacity of memberships since we have limited class sizes. Well under one hundred people will be through our doors monthly. Do we cost more than large gyms? Yes. Do large gyms provide you with useful content daily? Offer to check in with you at no charge? Do they know your name? Do they know what you are working towards? Do they coach you? We provide you with much more than just gym access.
The journey starts with your RAM Intro, we want to chat with you about your health and fitness goals. We want to know what you have done in the past, what are you doing now? Why are your goals are so important to you? And how can we help? Once we do this we can help you find the quickest path to reaching your goals. Do you need nutrition? Do you need workouts? Do you need a mix of both? Do you want to work out one on one with a coach? Will a group setting work best for you? Do you want to workout at home? Or a mix of the above? The options are endless and we will tailor your plan based on what will work best for you.
Our member on-boarding procedure starts with one on one coaching. This can be one or five personal training sessions. We do this to make sure you can move properly and safely through foundational movements before you take on any classes. We want you to be prepared and ready for what comes your way.
You then can take on classes, continue with personal training, do a mix of both or even get nutrition coaching. Your coach will then do a follow up assessment at the four-week mark to track your progress! From here we can tailor your plan as needed based on what is working best for you.
If you continue with any one on one coaching, you will be assessed monthly. If you are doing group classes only, then we will do a 90 day check in with you to make sure you stay on track and make adjustments as needed.
