Day 3: Gratitude: After your morning minute but before your compassionate intentions write down one person or one thing you are thankful for.

Why: Gratitude brings us out of “survival mode” and into a greater sense of optimism because it expands our field of awareness.

Gratitude works best in the form “I’m grateful for X because Y” For example, “I’m grateful for my kids because they make me laugh every day.”
