It’s time for a self evaluation. Where are you at and what do you need to do to get better?
1) Working out consistently, eating well, feeling great. This is great celebrate where you are at! How can you get even better? If you nutrition and workouts are on track where can you improve? More sleep? Managing your time or mindset better? Find the area that needs the most work and improve it.
2) Working out only, or eating well only. You are already moving in the right direction this is great news! Next step: start a workout routine or have someone hold you accountable to what you are eating and help you with nutrition habits.
3) None of the above. Your not working out, your eating is poor, your mindset is in a bad place. Pick the one that needs the most work right now. Improve one, hire a coach then work on improving the others.
