Today we bring you a 15 Day Nutrition Habit Building Challenge to help you stay healthy and boost your immunity!
This will be simple but not always easy to stick to. Each day we will add a habit that you need to continue throughout the next three weeks.
DAY 1
Water! We can’t live without it.
Today’s action:
Measure out how much water you should be drinking each day and drink it today and for the next three weeks.
How:
Take half your body weight in ounces, that is how much water you should drink.
If you weigh 150 lbs you must drink 75 ounces of water. Approximately 8 cups.
Tip:
Find out how many ounces your water bottle holds. Then calculate how many bottles you must drink per day.
