Small Group Training
This total body workout challenges both your cardiovascular and musculoskeletal system. Small group training is focused upon unique program design and attention to each client’s individual training needs. The program will develop your strength, balance, coordination and overall well-being.
TRX Small Group Suspension Training
Suspension training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
Strength Training
This class is for those looking to increase total body strength. The class will build upon functional movements such as squats, lunges, deadlifts, pushing, pulling and twisting to develop overall strength.
Everyday Athlete
This strength and conditioning workout is designed to allow you to find your inner athlete. Using athletic training methods, this program is tailored to meet the needs of any individual – “the weekend warrior”, the average Joe, the sports enthusiast and everyone else in between. This program utilizes today’s top fitness equipment to ensure a challenging and effective workout.
Cycle and Strength
Do you like the idea of diversity in your training? In this 1-hour class you will have the opportunity to cycle and participate in a corrective strength training program , as well as self-myofascial release, in order to balance the body and strengthen the core.
