Rookie Ryde
Rookie Ryde is for those who are new to indoor cycling and would like extra instruction on bike setup, leans, turns and climbing. This is a great beginners class that will ensure you are comfortable on the bike and still have a complete body workout. This class is 30 minutes.
RealRyder Cycling 45
This 45-minute class that takes you through flat roads, rolling hills, and mixed terrain. This class also incorporates tempo and intervals to give you an intense workout that you can fit into your daily routine.
RealRyder Cycling 55
This 55-minute class takes you on a journey through flat roads, winding roads, hills and intervals for a complete body workout.
RealRyder Cycling: BURN
Tight for time? No excuses with this 30 minute heart pumping class that will push you to your limit and leave you with time to spare.
RealRyder Cycling: Glow
After a long week enjoy a little fun with our late night RealRyder Glow. Coloured lights, pumping tunes & choreographed moves will leave you feeling revitalized and ready for your weekend!
RealRyder Cycling: Core
Functional strength stems from the core. In the first half of the class utilize the RealRyder Cycles to challenge both your cardiovascular system and the core. This will be followed by a challenging workout off the bikes focusing on core stability and strength.
RealRyder Cycling: Endurance
This class is for training aerobic endurance, a key component in developing overall fitness. Training in this specific zone will enhance your cardiovascular system. Maintaining a steady pace throughout the ride revs up the metabolism for a fun, energetic and fat burning ride.
RealRyder Cycling: Interval
Interval training involves bursts of high intensity work at near maximum exertion alternated with periods of rest at a lower exertion. This type of training not only helps to improve your cardiovascular conditioning but is also one of the most effective means of burning body fat. You will burn more calories as well as stimulate your metabolism so you continue to burn calories long after you are finished.
RealRyder Cycling: Top 40’s

Cycle and Strength
Do you like the idea of diversity in your training?
In this 1-hour class you will have the opportunity to cycle and participate in a corrective strength training program, as well as self-myofascial release, in order to balance the body and strengthen the core.
Cycle/Group Fusion
Cycle/Group Fusion is a combination of 20 minutes cycling followed by 20 minutes group strength training. This class will give you everything you need for a full body workout.
Cycle TRX Fusion
Check out this great new combo that combines 20 minutes of high energy cycling with 20 minutes of intense interval training with the TRX.
Small Group Training
This total body workout challenges both your cardiovascular and musculoskeletal system. Small group training is focused upon unique program design and attention to each client’s individual training needs. The program will develop your strength, balance, coordination and overall well-being.
TRX Small Group Suspension Training
Suspension training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
